- NO SMOKING or VAPING in the house
- Please leave the house as clean and tidy as you found it upon check in.
- At the end of your stay please dispose of your garbage and recycle at the waste site or take back with you.
- Garbage and recycling not removed will result in a $100 cleaning and disposal fee.
- As much as we love animals NO PETS ALLOWED!
